Position Summary

Capital City Real Estate is seeking an Office Manager / Administrative Assistant for their downtown Washington, DC office location.  This position will be responsible for handling the daily office administrative duties as well as assisting and supporting the team as requested.  We are looking for a mature professional with a willingness to be a versatile team player in a collaborative office environment.  This person must be able to interact in a professional manner with all personnel and represent the company with the utmost integrity.  

Responsibilities (may include but are not limited to):

  • Handle operational office management duties on a day-to-day basis
  • Handle general company administrative duties
  • Support the management team for project-related administrative duties pertaining to tasks related to all phases of projects
  • Perform a wide variety of office management and company and project administrative tasks as assigned
  • Office presence Monday – Friday from 8AM to 5PM

Essential Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge:

  • Previous experience as an office manager / administrative assistance or similar job duties 
  • Experience working in the Real Estate Development and/or Construction industry a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Project Management Software especially related to Real Estate Development and Construction is a plus
  • Excellent time management, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and client services skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deal effectively with demanding deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize workload and to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service skills including the ability to interface with all levels and types of internal and external personnel
  • High level of integrity and personal accountability
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative, team-based environment
